Latchkey Child Care & Learning Centre is a not-for-profit, fully licensed and community based organization specializing in accessible, affordable, high quality child care services that are developmentally appropriate for children ages 18 months to 12 years.

We believe we are a vital extension of the family and the school community. We offer an educational approach that is seamless, inclusive and complimentary to the school day program that meets the requirements established by the Ministry of Education.

We develop positive partnerships and relationships that promote the health and well-being of children, families and communities while responding to their needs in the Windsor-Essex County area.

Latchkey Child Care & Learning Centre is dedicated to providing children with a warm, nurturing, consistent environment designed to foster physical, social, intellectual and emotional development while recognizing that each child is unique. Latchkey Child Care offers high quality child care services which are supportive and sensitive to parent/family needs and cultural diversity:

To implement best early learning practices based on a thorough knowledge of child development.
To foster relationships based on trust, respect and genuine concern.
To provide an educated, well-trained and experienced Registered Early Childhood Educator staff of child care professionals and to assist in their professional development.
As part of our commitment to quality and professional responsibility, we will offer placements to students undertaking Early Years education and training.
